Jim Harrison is the author of twenty-nine books, including Legends of the Fall and Dalva, and was a food columnist for many years. His work has been produced as four feature-length films and translated into two dozen languages. As a young poet, he coedited a literary magazine with Dan Gerber that earned a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts and a Guggenheim Fellowship. Mr. Harrison divides his time between Montana and southern Arizona.
