An almost primeval language, lifting and falling rhythm--total decorum and near-union with his subject. Wow.

Splendid poem: I read it in the desert, on a day when it will be 120. This was a wonderful splash of cool water to begin the day.

Exceptional poetry. What more can I say?

Beautiful. Quicksilver but quenching. Thank you.
