The "We will confront weapons of mass destruction" line from Dubya' s 2001 inauguration address is rather telling. Let no one say he didn't warn us he would be a "Wartime President."

I appreciate your survey of foreign leaders' words as well as the Americans' speeches. Wisdom knows no borders; neither does ignorance. We have much to learn from each other on this shared planet.
