Tom Grimes is the author of numerous novels, including Redemption Song (available in our Archive), Season’s End, and City of God (both published by Narrative Library). Grimes edited The Workshop: Seven Decades of the Iowa Writers’ Workshop, and traced his long friendship with Frank Conroy, the workshop’s legendary director, in Mentor: A Memoir. He teaches in the MFA Program in Creative Writing at Texas State University.
