Amy Knox Brown

Amy Knox Brown, a native of Lincoln, Nebraska, teaches writing at Salem College, the oldest women’s college in the United States. Her fiction and poetry have appeared in numerous literary journals; “Aeneas Leaves Kansas” is part of a recently completed story collection. Brown also recently completed a novel set in South Dakota during the 1973 American Indian Movement’s occupation of Wounded Knee on the Pine Ridge Reservation.
