Douglas Unger

Douglas Unger is the author of four novels, including Leaving the Land, a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize, and Voices from Silence, as well as the collection Looking for War and Other Stories. He is a committed literary activist who serves on the boards of Words without Borders and the Americas for Conservation and the Arts, along with other service contributions to presses, literary magazines, and arts organizations.
