Eric LeMay is the author of Immortal Milk: Adventures in Cheese, as well as the poetry collection The One in the Many. He earned an MFA from Columbia University and a PhD from Northwestern. LeMay lives in Athens, Ohio, and teaches in the creative writing program at Ohio University, his alma mater.
