J. Kevin Shushtari is a short story writer and a practicing physician who received an MD from Dartmouth Medical School and an MFA from Boston University. He has received a 2011 Editors’ Prize and the Forugh Farrokhzad Fellowship Award for his writing. He lives with his wife and children in Farmington, Connecticut.
