Jesse Goolsby is the author of the novel I’d Walk with My Friends If I Could Find Them and the story collection Acceleration Hours (University of Nevada Press, 2020). He received the Richard Bausch Short Story Prize and the John Gardner Memorial Prize for Fiction, and his work has been included in The Best American Mystery Stories. A graduate of the US Air Force Academy, the University of Tennessee, and Florida State University, he was raised in Chester, California, and lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
