Kristine Ong Muslim was born in the Philippines in 1980 and holds a degree in chemical engineering from the University of the Philippines. She has published more than six hundred stories and poems and was twice nominated for the Pushcart Prize. Muslim received a nomination for the Science Fiction Poetry Association Rhysling Award, as well as Honorable Mentions in The Year’s Best Fantasy and Horror. She currently resides in Cebu City, Philippines.
