Nathan Englander is the author of the novels kaddish.com (Knopf, 2019), Dinner at the Center of the Earth, and The Ministry of Special Cases, as well as the story collections What We Talk about When We Talk about Anne Frank and For the Relief of Unbearable Urges. He has received the Frank O’Connor International Short Story Award as well as the Sue Kaufman Prize from the American Academy of Arts & Letters. A Distinguished Writer in Residence at New York University, he lives in Brooklyn, New York, with his wife and daughter.
