Teresa Burns Parkhurst is a cartoonist whose work has appeared in Everyone’s a Critic: The Ultimate Cartoon Book. She designs greeting cards for Oatmeal Studios and for many years has been counted among the Usual Gang of Idiots at Mad magazine. Born in Albany, New York, where she still lives, she received her associates degree in commercial art from the Junior College of Albany.
