Sara Elkamel, a finalist in the 2020 Narrative 30 Below Contest, is a poet and journalist with an MA in arts journalism from Columbia University and an MFA in poetry from New York University. The author of the chapbook Field of No Justice (African Poetry Book Fund & Akashic Books, 2021), she lives in her hometown of Cairo and in New York City.
